Jalapeno Popper Madness at its Finest!
Is it hot in here or is that my mouth? If you love Jalapeno Poppers then you’ll love this! These may be HOTT! There’s nothing like playing Russian Roulette with jalapeno’s! One may be mild, while the next will have you sweating and running for the nearest glass of milk. Proceed with caution and eat at your own risk!
Jalapeno Popper Ingredient List:
Ingredient quantity will depend on how many you need. A small batch for the fam or a big party batch. Decide how many is needed and buy from there.
–Bacon (oh I LOVE BACON)
–Cheddar Cheese -shredded
Jalapeno Popper Recipe:
–If your cheese isn’t already shredded, then shredded it up, put in a bowl and set aside.
–Now let’s get to that BACON! Fry it up and set aside to cool.
–Once your bacon has cooled crumble it and mix it with your cheese.
–Ok JALAPENO time…..BE CAREFUL! Cut the tops off your jalapeno and remove seeds. Once seeds have been removed I rinse the inside’s out.
For The Love of All That’s Holy Make Sure You Wash Your Hands!
–Let’s get to stuffing our jalapeno’s. Stuff them with the bacon and cheese mixture. Then place them in a foil loaf pan. I pack mine in so they don’t fall over cooking.
–Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees and cook till cheese is bubbly and melted, and the jalapenos are tender. These are also great cooked on the grill, just put your foil loaf pan on the grill.
