Party Wand Supplies:
-Craft Rods
-Ribbon {colors of choice}
-Hot Glue Gun/Glue Sticks
-Frankenstein Cut Outs
-Google Eyes {2 different sizes}
-Extra Scrap Scrapbook Paper {for backing of cut outs}
-Scissors
Instructions:
-First off lets talk about our Frankenstein cut outs. I made mine using my Silhouette Cameo 3 and the Silhouette Design Store. If you don’t have a Cameo it’s no problem! Do you know how I made cut outs and stencils before I got mine? I would type in the search engine what I wanted, find an image I liked, put paper on my screen (because I don’t have a printer) and traced my image out, then I would cut it out then put it my project paper, retrace and cut it out again. Time consuming I know but, you do what you gotta do right? Right! So there is always this option if you have no Cameo.

-Once you have created your Frankenstein set him aside.
-Cut your ribbon to desired length. I do 3 pieces of ribbon for each wand. Set aside.
-Now let’s hot glue our ribbon to our craft rods. I add a drop of glue to the top of the rod and place my first piece of ribbon on it. Add more glue to add your second ribbon, repeat for the third piece of ribbon as well. I alternate my ribbon when gluing (side to side, then one front to back, then the third at an angle)
Now follow the steps in the picture below:
Lastly:
Add those silly google eyes!
Now it’s all finished and you have a super cute party favor the kids will love !
