Every now and then I get into this deep depression funk. I’ve had depression for 14 years now and take medication for it. But, every once in a while something triggers a depressing funk in me that I cannot seem to pull myself out of some days. I try to remind myself everyday that is always something to be thankful for, to start each day with a grateful heart. Because as bad as my depression wants me to think my life is…it’s not. We have a roof over our heads, food in our belly, clothes on our bodies, healthy kids and so on.
