Get in the groove with these Rockin’ Music Note Invitations! When I was asked to create an invite for my husbands uncles 80th birthday, I immediately knew it had to be music themed! Dick is a huge music lover! There was even going to be a live band at his party! My father-in-laws band to be exact! Hence, “Dick’s Rockin’ 80th Celebration” invites. Enjoy this simple and fun card that is perfect for any occasion!
Invitation Supply List:
–Cardstock Scrapbook Paper -(color of choice, qty. as needed)
–Black Cardstock Scrapbook Paper
–Paper Cutter -(I use Fiskars)
–3D Adhesive Dots
–White Paint Pen
–To make the “card” part of the card simply fold the cardstock in half. Determine how tall and wide you want it and trim off the excess with your paper cutter.
–Grab your black cardstock and pencil and trace your music note lightly, cut out with your scissors. (You can make as many notes as you like)
–Let’s add some character to our notes. Grab your paint pen and add some designs to it. You can follow the pattern on my note or get creative with your own design.
–Lastly, once the paint has dried add your adhesive dots to the back of the note and stick it to the front of your card.
BAM! Your Rockin’ Music Note Invitations are done!
